Hi Aavya. On Bhai Dooj morning Aavya held the thali very carefully. Roli, rice, a little diya, and two laddoos, one big and one small. Didi put a red tilak on baby Chintu's forehead, and a few grains of rice stuck on top. Chintu giggled. Then came the sweets. Aavya looked at the big laddoo, and Aavya's mouth watered. Aavya thought, I held the thali, so the big one is mine. Chintu stretched both hands towards it. Didi said, today we promise to look after each other. Aavya broke the big laddoo into three pieces, one for Didi, one for Chintu, one for Aavya. Chintu, with a full mouth, said, I will look after you too. Everyone laughed. Aavya, looking after each other goes both ways. And a laddoo shared tastes even sweeter.
